Two large boxes arrived in the office today full of new beermats for the Scratch Bar. You should understand that we’ve never had them before, so this is very exciting.
See which one you get next time you come in, and you’ll find a small factoid about the heritage of the building on the back.
On arrival to the building, this week’s audiences for Daniel Kitson have been greeted by a large, handpainted, cheerful yellow sign. This is the first in a series we’ll be using over the next 16 months to let all our visitors know what’s going on behind the hoarding which will be visible from January.
As the works in the Lower Hall finish over the last few weeks of the year, Gilbert Ash will move their focus to the core of the building, with major changes happening in to the courtyard and its surroundings.
